Bike to Work Day at the Trek Store!

Team Peloton will be out at the Trek Store Santa Rosa again this year making fresh breakfast burritos and serving them alongside Trek Stores drip coffee. This is complimentary as a reward for doing your part, and biking to work. Come on out and say hey and grab a bite!

We will be serving in the parking lot in front of the Trek Store on the corner of Mendocino and 7th in downtown Santa Rosa.

Craft Beer + Food for Autism

We were asked to do the food and craft beer pairings for the San Francisco Beer Week, Ales for Autism event. We good old fashioned comfort foods and made them farm-to-table style and prepared each dish with the local craft beers we paired with them.

From bourbon braised beef jerky paired with Bear Republics beer to shrimp tostadas paired with small producer Shady Oak– our culinary team made this beer pairing classy and delicious.

A Stunning Winemaker Dinner

February 2015

We look forward to this event every year- we all plan for it for months, and months. Our culinary team takes the time to be creative with the menu and it changes up until the day of the event. We sit down with the winery team and taste through the potential wines and bounce ideas off the winemaker.

It’s a culinary and hospitality masterpiece. AND, we all have fun doing it!
