We have long been wine country chefs and have ventured into the craft beer world, out of a passion for beer ourselves and the desire to share our beer + food recipes with the world.
We are preparing new, innovative recipes made with craft beer from all across the nation, some of the best that we love to sip on, and using it as a key ingredient in our creative, market inspired dishes.
Need talented chefs to create a menu and prepare a beer paired dinner?
We are available to create a “chef’s table” beer paired lunch or dinner, anywhere. We have a love for great beer and great food and believe they should be paired together correctly, we want to bring that pairing to you in the form of any style event.

Peloton Culinary’s TCHO chocolate truffles have been a client favorite for sometime now. They pair very well with big, bold red wines, and they are the perfect treat for after dinner or as a gift for your bridal parties.
Ask about these chocolatey treats for your winery retail shop, to sell in your brewery taproom, or for an event you are planning.

Some of the fun things we do. We use all local ingredients. We source from the best producers and gardens. We have the culinary talent to create fun, exciting dishes to blow your mind. We love trying new things and making farm fresh, unique menu items for our clients.
We were asked to do the food and craft beer pairings for the San Francisco Beer Week, Ales for Autism event. We good old fashioned comfort foods and made them farm-to-table style and prepared each dish with the local craft beers we paired with them.
From bourbon braised beef jerky paired with Bear Republics beer to shrimp tostadas paired with small producer Shady Oak– our culinary team made this beer pairing classy and delicious.
We look forward to this event every year- we all plan for it for months, and months. Our culinary team takes the time to be creative with the menu and it changes up until the day of the event. We sit down with the winery team and taste through the potential wines and bounce ideas off the winemaker.
It’s a culinary and hospitality masterpiece. AND, we all have fun doing it!
